Experienced & Trusted Physiotherapy Team

Established in 2008, Julie Reynolds Physiotherapy has grown into a trusted clinic providing expert physiotherapy, rehabilitation and podiatry services for a wide range of musculo-skeletal conditions and injuries.

Our experienced team includes four advanced physiotherapists and an advanced podiatrist, all with extensive experience in diagnosing and managing complex conditions. Our practitioners are also skilled in interpreting diagnostic imaging, including MRI scans, helping us provide accurate assessments and effective treatment planning.

We are also qualified in acupuncture, allowing us to combine a range of treatment techniques to deliver professional, effective and personalised care.

Julie Reynolds

Clinical Director / Advanced Physiotherapist

Julie qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1985 and has extensive experience across NHS and private practice. She specialises in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and has worked in advanced clinical and management roles supporting patients with complex conditions. Julie holds postgraduate diplomas in Advanced Orthopaedic Medicine and Injection Therapy and also has additional expertise in neurological physiotherapy, including stroke and multiple sclerosis rehabilitation.

Pam Woodhead

Advanced Physiotherapist

Pam qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1985 and joined the Practice in 2009. She has extensive experience across hospital, community and advanced musculoskeletal services, with a particular interest in orthopaedics and spinal conditions. Pam previously worked as an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner within the NHS and holds postgraduate diplomas in Orthopaedic Medicine and Injection Therapy, alongside qualifications in acupuncture.

Jan Myers

Advanced Physiotherapist

Jan qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1986 and has worked extensively within trauma, orthopaedics and musculoskeletal physiotherapy throughout her career. She has held advanced practitioner and clinical specialist roles within the NHS and joined the Practice in 2019. Jan also teaches Pilates and holds postgraduate diplomas in Orthopaedic Medicine and Injection Therapy.

Lisa Costello

Advanced Physiotherapist

Lisa qualified with a BSc in Physiotherapy in 1992 and joined the Practice in 2025. She has extensive experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, specialising in spinal, shoulder and knee conditions. Lisa has worked in senior outpatient and advanced practice roles across the NHS and holds postgraduate diplomas in Orthopaedic Medicine and Injection Therapy, with additional expertise in sports rehabilitation and soft tissue injuries.

Paul Edmunds

Advanced Physiotherapist

Paul qualified with a BSc in Physiotherapy in 2000 and has more than 25 years’ experience treating musculoskeletal conditions within both NHS and private practice. He has worked alongside Orthopaedic Consultants across specialist NHS services and has also supported professional sports teams, including England Rugby youth squads. Paul focuses on tailored rehabilitation programmes designed to restore movement, reduce pain and support long-term recovery.

Philippa Ball

Advanced Podiatrist

Philippa is an Advanced MSK Podiatrist with more than 25 years’ experience across NHS and private practice. She specialises in the assessment and treatment of foot and ankle conditions, helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain and restore function. Her clinical interests include biomechanical issues, sports injuries, plantar fasciopathy, tendinopathies and persistent foot and ankle pain.

Shirley Tebbs

Practice Administrator

Shirley joined the practice in 2014 and has played a key role in its growth and development. Since the move to the current clinic in 2017, she has taken responsibility for managing diaries and administrative support across the clinical team. Shirley brings extensive experience from previous roles within healthcare organisations and banking, providing excellent organisational skills and patient support. Her professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
